Free yoga classes at ACA this summer in exchange for contribution to our food drive

Feed the body & spirit

Free yoga classes at Alameda Community Acupuncture this July-August in exchange for bringing a contribution to our food drive for Alameda County Community Food Bank.

Aspiring yoga teacher, Mary D'Alleva will be teaching five classes as part of the requirements for a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training program, under the supervision of 200 & 500 RYT teacher Stacey Swan.

Saturdays:   July 5th& 19th, August 2nd - 4:00-5:00pm.
Saturday classes will be more energizing. It would be helpful to have a little yoga familiarity.

Sundays: July 13th & 27th – 6:30-7:30pm.
Sundays will be a gentler, more restorative yoga class. Appropriate for all levels.

All classes at Alameda Community Acupuncture.

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it.

Please bring a contribution to our food drive for Alameda County Community Food Bank.

No registration need. Just drop-in. Limited to 15 students. First come first serve.

If you have any questions, please email mdalleva@att.net
